Thank you for purchasing a Rozie Robot. We hope you’re happy with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy with a 35% restocking fee added to any returns. We apply a restocking fee to cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned items, ensuring they’re ready for the next customer. It helps us maintain the quality of our products and service. However, we’re always happy to assist with exchanges, which waves the restocking fee, so you get exactly what you need!

Return Policy
All returned items must be in their original packaging with all accessories, tags, and labels attached. Missing parts, accessories, or damage to the product will not be refunded.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at windowrobots1@gmail.com for return authorization. After authorization, securely pack the item in its original packaging, include proof of purchase, and send it to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us if your item is defective. You would have to pay shipping charges for returns for any other reason.
Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
If you have a quality-related issue with your product, we offer a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by improper use or accidents. If your item qualifies for warranty coverage, it will be replaced with a factory-refurbished model of equal value or a new one if available. The warranty on replacements follows the same timeframe as the original item.
